Nashville Promise Neighborhood donations are processed through the Martha O'Bryan Center. Martha O'Bryan Center is a non-profit organization, recognized under the United States of America's Internal Revenue Code section 501(c)(3). As such, we are eligible to receive tax-deductible contributions.
We are listed in Guidestar, the national database of nonprofit organizations. This is an excellent resource to view Martha O'Bryan Center's most current form 990, which we file annually with the IRS. The form 990 contains information about our revenues and expenses.
